Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during sales, new box releases, or holidays), processing may be delayed by a few extra days.
If there’s a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we’ll contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on your delivery address and displayed during checkout.
We currently offer shipping across India.
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Other locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take slightly longer

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 3 days so we can assist with tracking or filing a claim.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
For failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping may incur additional charges.
