Refund & Return Policy


We put great care into curating and packing each order, and every item goes through a quality check before it leaves our hands. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Only scented candles are eligible for returns. Due to the nature of our curated book boxes, books and other goodies are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact our support team at [your support email or contact page link] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

This may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, used, or damaged (not due to our error), we reserve the right to reject the refund.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.

Important Notes:

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds will only be issued once we receive and approve the returned item.

We do not accept returns on subscription boxes (except for eligible candles) or sale items.
